Symptom

How to mass update the SSCUI 103301 activity 'Assign Party ID Types to Business Partner' and whether the details in SSCUI 103301 can be updated in bulk using an API or other automated method?

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

 

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Access SSCUI 103301: Assign Party ID Types to Business Partner.
  2. Attempt to update records in bulk using an API.
  3. Observe that no functionality exists for bulk updates via API.

Cause

The Standard system does not support mass updates to SSCUI via API.

Resolution

  1. It is not possible to mass update the records to SSCUI 103301 through any API within the system.
  2. Records must be added or created manually.
  3. If the functionality is critical for business operations, consider submitting a feature request through SAP Customer Influence.
