Symptom

The "Manage Requested Payments" app (ID: F8522) is not visible or missing.
The corresponding catalog "Payment Foundation - Payments (SAP_FIN_BC_PF2_PAY_PC)" is also not available.
Or there is no data in "Manage Requested Payments" app.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Cause

The scope item 7MJ (Basic Payment Management) is not activated in the system.

Resolution

Confirm whether the scope item 7MJ (Basic Payment Management) is enabled in the system.
If the scope item is not enabled, activate it to make the corresponding catalog "Payment Foundation - Payments (SAP_FIN_BC_PF2_PAY_PC)" available.
