3640813 - Termination Screen not displaying the 'Transfer Direct Reports' section

The 'Transfer Direct Reports' section is not displayed when terminating a user having direct reports.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central: Position Management

1. Navigate to the profile of a user who is having direct reports.
2. Try terminating the user.
3. Check if the 'Transfer Direct Reports' section is visible.

This is expected behavior.

• With 1H 2025, the Transfer Direct Reports section in the Terminate screen is hidden when the Position Management setting Reassign Direct Reports According to Position hierarchy on Termination Screen and internal Hire Screen is configured to the Yes - Always value. This includes the text that direct reports will be reassigned based on the position hierarchy. 
• Previously, when the Position Management setting Reassign Direct Reports According to Position hierarchy on Termination Screen and internal Hire Screen was configured to the Yes - Always value, the Transfer Direct Reports section in the Terminate screen displayed the text that direct reports will be reassigned based on the position hierarchy.
