3640950 - Error when creating a Supplier Invoice with web service: "Party of role responsible employee missing".

When using the web service "ManageSupplierInvoiceIn" to create a Supplier Invoice, the system will return this error message:

"Party of role responsible employee missing".

No supplier Invoice get created.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Using an external tool such as SOAP UI, you maintained all the requested information in your payload.
2. The system return this error:

<Note>Party of role responsible employee missing</Note>

No "Employee Responsible for Supplier Invoice" is maintained under Employee Work Distribution.

1. Select the work center Organizational Management.
2. Select the view Employee Work Distribution.
3. Find the Work Category "Employee Responsible for Supplier Invoice".
4. Maintain one employee and Save.

Once this will be done, the error message will not visible in the payload answer and the Supplier Invoice will be created successfully.
