3641034 - Revoke approval option for fully released Purchase Orders

• Feature to allow revoking a Purchase Order after it has been fully released is not supported.
• The "Withdraw from Approval" button is disabled in the "Manage Purchase Orders" app for fully released Purchase Orders.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Access the "Manage Purchase Orders" app.
2. Select a Purchase Order that is fully released.
3. Attempt to use the "Withdraw from Approval" button.
4. Observe that the button is disabled.

The Purchase Order is already sent to the supplier and output will be generated.

Note that the "Withdraw from Approval" option is only available for Purchase Orders in the "In Approval" status. For Purchase Orders in the "In Approval" status:

• Use the "Withdraw from Approval" button in the "Manage Purchase Orders" app.
• Upon withdrawal, the Purchase Order status changes to "Rejected," and the approval status is updated to "Cancelled."

For fully released Purchase Orders, the workflow cannot be revoked.
