3641046 - Lead Booster Displays Account Synopsis Information Instead

Symptom

The Business Objectives document under Lead Booster is not appearing in the associated Lead. Instead, the Business Objectives document from Account Synopsis is being displayed in the Lead.

Environment

  • Sales and Service Cloud v2

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log into the Sales Cloud V2 system.
  2. Open the lead.
  3. Navigate to lead booster tab.
  4. This should show the tabs "Benefits, About the company and Challenges" however it is instead showing the tabs from account synopsis instead which are "Overall Information, Business Overview and Current challenges".

Cause

You have not maintained any products for this lead.

Resolution

If lead has no products added then by default account synopsis will be displayed, if lead has products added only then lead booster will be displayed. This is the standard system behavior.
