3641070 - How to Close Duplicate E-Verify Case - Onboarding

Symptom

Users are unable to close duplicate E-Verify case Onboarding Dashboard or in Manage Data.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to Onboarding Dashboard
  2. Search for the Candidate with duplicate E-Verify case and click E-Verify Case Details
  3. Observe that the E-Verify case is not the duplicate case seen from Manage Data> E-Verify Data

Resolution

  1. Identify the Compliance Process ID of the duplicate E-Verify case 
  2. Proxy as the Responsible User processing the E-Verify case 
  3. Append the Compliance Process ID (ex. 123AB45xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxC6DE7) to the URL (ex. https://performancemanager.successfactors.com/xi/ui/onb2compliance/pages/onb2EVerify.xhtml#/details/)
  4. The page will now display for the Manual Form I-9 and E-Verify Process.
  5. Click the "Refresh" button.
    • Page will display Successfully refreshed data from the Department of Homeland Security.  
  6. Confirm that the Final Status in  Manage Data> E-Verify Data of the duplicate case now shows as "CLOSED."
