When exporting Sales Quotes, the Customer column in the excel file is empty despite there being an Account maintained.
Environment
SAP Sales Cloud Version 2
Reproducing the Issue
- Open the Sales Quote view
- Select the relevant Sales Quote and click export
- In the exported excel file, observe as the Customer column is empty
Cause
The Customer column refers to Individual Customer, and will only be filled if the Sales Quote was created from an Individual Customer. There is a separate column that will display the Account.
Resolution
This is the expected behaviour of the system.
