Symptom

  • Additional entries were observed in a Custom Table after a workflow case opened in the production Advanced Workflow system.
  • The uploaded file contained 2 records, but 4 additional entries were generated in the Custom Table.
  • The issue could not be reproduced in one of the UAT environments uploading the same file.
