3641094 - Cannot edit Office information fields in SAP Workzone user profiles

Symptom

  • Users cannot edit the Office Information fields in the User Profile within SAP WorkZone, even though it is enabled in User settings.
  • The Office Information fields are visible under "Show Additional Info" but remains grayed out and uneditable.
