Behaviors that have a long text are not displayed in full mode in the form.

1. Access instance
2. Go to Performance
3. Open form
4. Go to competency section and you can see the behaviors are not displayed fully
5. You have to mouse hover to see the full text

Expected system design

When the behavior text is lengthy, it may not be fully visible in the initial display of the form due to the need to accommodate both Manager rating and Employee rating fields.

However, you can hover over the text with your mouse to view the complete content. Additionally, when you open the respective competency, the behaviors are displayed correctly with their full text in side panel.
