3641197 - How to treat PI messages in 'scheduled' status 001, 009, 012 or 016

• Process Integration (PI) or Process Orchestration (PO) is used as a central Integration Server (Dual Stack or Dual Usage) or a local Integration Engine in an ABAP application system which sends/receives messages.
• According to the output of report RSXMB_SHOW_STATUS there is a large number of messages in status 001, 009, 012 or 016 (Scheduled).
• This may result in large database tables, unusual database size growth or general performance issues in the system.
