3641234 - Custom tile exposed from SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition not working in Work Zone

• A custom tile created in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition (using app Custom Tiles) and exposed to SAP Build Work Zone displays a "Not Found" error when accessed from Work Zone.
• On SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, when opening the tile, it opens URL https://<S4HC hostname>/sap/bc/aps/com/ui_link?CommunicationScenario=SAP_MCA&MCAID=YY1_XXX then redirects to the URL configured in Custom Tiles for this tile and the tile can be opened properly. While on Work Zone, the tile opens URL https://<Work Zone hostname>/sap/bc/aps/com/ui_link?CommunicationScenario=SAP_MCA&MCAID=YY1_XXX and no redirection happens and the page shows "Not Found".

Custom Tiles app on SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition is intend to add URLs into the Fiori Launchpad. The URL redirect (resolving the app ID to the inserted URL) is only working with the launchpad.
Exposing the custom tiles to work zone is not supported currently.
