3641316 - Latest Career worksheet "Upgrade Now" button is grayed out

Unable to upgrade the latest Career Worksheet from the Upgrade Center, the "Upgrade Now" button is grayed out. and The warning message is displayed "You will not be able to perform the upgrade because you do not have the necessary administrative privileges." even though user has permission to access all RBP tools and all the prerequisites are met.

SAP SuccessFactors Career Development Planning

1. Navigate to the Upgrade Center.
2. Under "Optional Upgrades," locate "Latest Career Worksheet" and select "Learn More & Upgrade Now."
3. Attempt to select "Upgrade Now."

• The "Development Admin" permission is required for the upgrade and is dependent on the "Development Plan" feature. If the "Development Plan" feature is not enabled in the provisioning,"Development Admin" permission will not show up.
•  If in the instance only "Career worksheet" feature is enabled for CDP category, then "Development Admin" permission can not be found under RBP tool. 

1. Enable the "Development Plan" feature in the provisioning system.
2. Once the "Development Plan" feature is enabled, the "Development Admin" permission will become available under RBP.
3. Grant the "Development Admin" permission to the relevant administrator.
4. Retest the upgrade process by navigating to the Upgrade Center and selecting "Upgrade Now" for the latest Career Worksheet.
