3641357 - Mac/Apple Users are Unable to View Goal Details and Evaluation Comments in Latest Form Experience

Symptom

Mac/Apple users are unable to see Goal Details tab and Evaluation Comment box when opening a goal while Latest Form Experience enabled. Issue is not present with OS Windows. 

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login to SuccessFactors using MAC device. 
  2. Open impacted Performance Form 
  3. Navigate to Goal section
  4. Open Goal 
  5. Goal details tab and Evaluation Comment box are missing 

Resolution

Product Engineering is investigating a solution.

Workaround

  • Disable Latest Form Experience. 
  • Refreshing the page will make the Goal Details and Evaluation Comment box appear, but if another goal is opened and we click back to the original goal, the issue appears again. Therefore the most effective workaround for now is to disable Latest Form Experience.
