  • When loading data from a CSV file to the IBP target, Japanese characters appear garbled in the IBP target.
  • When opening the source CSV file using Notepad with code page UTF-8, the Japanese characters display correctly.
  • When opening the source CSV file using Excel, the Japanese characters appear garbled.
