3641436 - LMS data not appearing in Story Report

Symptom

When creating a Story Report on LMS data, the columns are showing up but there is no data in the report, despite having data in Learning.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Learning
  • SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

Cause

If the UserID does not match in BizX and LMS, the users will not by synched. In this case, they will not see any LMS data in Story Report despite having all the right permission.

Resolution

In order for users to see LMS data in Story Reports, the users has to be correctly synced to LMS. That means that the UserID has to match in both BizX and LMS.

User ID also has to be unique meaning no other user has the same ID.
