SAP Knowledge Base Article - PublicSymptom
- An article or news content has been published using the Manage News application, however this is not visible to users in the "My Home" page.
- The "Manage News App" setting has also been set to enabled via the UI Adaption mode.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
Cause
The business catalog SAP_CORE_BC_CUX_NWS_DSP_PC is not assigned to a role belonging to the affected user(s).
Resolution
Either add this catalog to an existing role belonging to the user and refresh the role, or else create a new role mapped to SAP_BR_EMPLOYEE and assign it to the user.
