3641452 - User Can Select Pay Component Not Assigned to Employee's Company

When importing an employee’s compensation, the system allows users to select a pay component that is not assigned to the employee's company. 

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central 

1. Navigate to Import Employee Data
2. Update the Non recurring pay component that is not assigned to the employee's Legal Entity. 

The restriction can currently be bypassed through imports, which are creating records for pay components not associated with the user's legal entity.  

• Creating a pay component record via the UI is restricted if the pay component is not associated with the employee’s legal entity; however, this restriction can be bypassed through data imports. 
• A fix has been planned for the upcoming release.
