3641459 - It is not possible to edit FormGlobalFilter for Spain Compliance forms - Onboarding

The configuration of the filter in Manage Data > FormGlobalFilter: COUNTRY_ESP cannot be changed, therefore Spain Compliance form triggers when workcountry = ESP , OR when homecountry = ESP.

This is currently an expected behavior, the form triggers when even only one of the two conditions is met and the filter cannot be edited via Manage Data.

• Solution 1)
  To prevent Spain Compliance from triggering, ensure that the conditions for both the home country and the work country are not met.
  
  
• Solution 2)
  Create a Override Configuration so that the value for home country or work country are overridden. NOTE: This could affected compliance for other countries too.
