3641501 - Clarification on delta logic behavior in FAGL_FCV for open item valuation (UXD and RXD)

Symptom

FAGL_FCV for open items were run with delta logic, valuation document is created, valuation gain or loss is posted to UXD. After this the open item is cleared, clearing document is created, exchange rate difference is posted to RXD. In the next valuation run CLR* documents are created, which reverses RXD effect.
