The Compute Quotas operator run fails when executed as part of the Supply Planning Operator.

The application job log displays the following error messages:

E    When planning in technical weeks, set the Merger Policy for Key Figures parameter in your SOP Operator profile to Upstream Key Figure Leading. The current value is STANDARD.
E    When planning in technical weeks, check the Initialize Lead-Time Horizon of Transports parameter in your SOP operator profile. The current value is NO.
