3641546 - Check Tool Incorrectly Calculates Time Tracking Users

In Check Tool, employees on a simple work schedule are incorrectly counted as Time Tracking users due to the use of the Cross-Midnight for Attendances feature. As per system design, Cross-Midnight for Attendances feature is not supported for simple work schedule. "Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental." 

SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking

1. Navigate to Admin Center >Check Tool >Validation >Area >Time Tracking.
2. Select the relevant company, run check.
3. Review the results: Employees with simple work schedules are incorrectly counted as Time Tracking users due to the use of the Cross-Midnight for Attendances feature, which is not supported for simple work schedules by design.
   
   
   

Simple Work schedule is incorrectly set the crossMidnightAllowed flag to TRUE during importing. This validation was missing for import flow.

The issue has been fixed and is scheduled for delivery to the production environment in the 2511 release.

Until then, ensure that the crossMidnightAllowed flag is not set to TRUE when importing SIMPLE Work Schedule models.
