3641676 - Certain fields to be visible in PO item search list during Service Entry Sheet creation

During the creation of a Service Entry Sheet (SES) via the "Manage Service Entry Sheet - Lean Service" app (ID: F2027), the Plant, Cost Center, and WBS Elements information is not displayed in the Purchase Order (PO) item search list after inputting the reference PO.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the "Manage Service Entry Sheet - Lean Service" app (ID: F2027).
2. Begin the process of creating a Service Entry Sheet (SES).
3. Input the reference Purchase Order (PO).
4. Observe that the Plant, Cost Center, and WBS Elements information is not displayed in the PO item search list.

This is the app design limitation. It currently does not expose all accounting-related fields (like Plant, WBS Element, or Cost Center) in the PO item selection screen.

Following workaround could be used to address the issue:

• Before creating the SES, use the "Manage Purchase Orders" or "Display Purchase Order- Advanced" app to identify the item number along with Plant, Cost Center, and WBS Element information.
• When creating the SES, manually select the correct PO item number.
