Symptom

  • The message can appear when you try to enable the SAP* for client 000. 
    The result shows that the user does not exist in client 000
    Wrong user/password may also be returned. 
  • The message can appear when you try to generate a SAP license key, see KBA 2436412.
  • The message can appear when you try to move installations between two separate contracts, for example a parent company and a holding company.
