3641745 - startDate field not forwarded when using "Forward as Applicant" - Recruiting

• The "startDate" field is not forwarded when a candidate is forwarded as an applicant using the "Forward as Applicant" functionality.
• All other fields are forwarded successfully except the "startDate" field.
• The issue does not occur when using the "Forward to Requisition" functionality.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Apply as a candidate to Job Req
2. Proxy as Recruiter
3. Move the candidate to status where "Start Date" field is editable
4. Fill in the "Start Date" and then save.
5. Use the "Forward > Forward as Applicant" functionality.
6. Forward the candidate to another job req of same template
7. Move the candidate to status where "Start Date" field is visible
8. Observe that the "Start Date" field is not forwarded, while all other fields are successfully forwarded.

Engineering team have created a code fix for this and will be available in 1H 2026 release.
