3641770 - Candidates records created in the backend not appearing in the Dashboard (API initiation)- Onboarding 1.0

From API initiation, candidate records are being created in the backend (OnboardingCandidateInfo) and are visible in the onboarding audit trail but do not appear in the onboarding Dashboard.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

1. Configure the middleware (API) to use the production and production credentials.
2. Initiate onboarding for a candidate.
3. Observe that the candidate record is created in the backend (OnboardingCandidateInfo) but does not appear in the onboarding Dashboard.

Missing "Assignee" key/value in the New Starter Paperwork Process Step configuration, preventing tasks from being assigned and displayed on Dashboard.

Check the steps to resolve:

1. Ensure that the "Assignee" key/value is correctly passed in the New Starter Paperwork Process Step 1 configuration.
2. Test the integration with a new candidate to confirm that the issue is resolved.
3. For already initiated cases:
   • Cancel the cases if they are test users.
   • Reassign the tasks using the "Manage Employees" functionality.
