3641777 - Mashup Creation Button Is Not Available

Symptom

Create button is missing at mashup authoring view.

Environment

SAP Sales and Service Cloud Version 2

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Access the system.
  2. Go to settings.
  3. Navigate to Mashup authoring view.
  4. Notice the + (create button) is missing.

Cause

A possible cause is that system is enabled for Change Project. If it's a target system create and delete actions are not allowed. If it's a source system please follow the resolution steps.

Resolution

  1. Login to the source system.
  2. Then, navigate to Settings and enter Change Project view.
  3. Select the project.
  4. Click the "Check Out" button.
  5. After this, it should be possible to see the Mashup create option.
