Symptom
A message stating "No permission to view logs" appears at the bottom of the screen when reviewing alert details in Dynatrace. The message displayed is:
| No permission to view logs. You don't have permission to view logs. Contact your Dynatrace admin to provide you with view access. |
"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."
