3641814 - [JOB_STARTDATE] token not resolving in offer letter - Recruiting Management

The [JOB_STARTDATE] token does not resolve in the offer letter, even if this value is populated in the Offer Approval and in the Application.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Navigate to Recruitment -> Job Requisitions.
2. Search for the Job Requisition ID
3. Click on Candidates.
4. Select a candidate.
5. Click on Action -> Offer Letter.
6. Click on Preview.
7. You will see there's no value populating for [JOB_STARTDATE] token

The [JOB_STARTDATE] token pulls the information from the Start Date standard field in the Job Requisition.

Ensure the Start Date field is populated in the Job Requisition.

Note: The start date field in Job Offer is the same data as the Job Requisition. However, this field is editable and making changes in Job Offer Detail would capture the token value instead as it follows the most recent update made.
