3641894 - Records get rejected for "PROFICIENCY_LEVEL_SET" in Attributes Synchronisation APM job - SuccessFactors Learning

• Admin runs Attributes Synchronisation APM job in Learning Administration, but the records are getting rejected.
• In the log, "Rejected Record   PROFICIENCY_LEVEL_SET   Insufficient level in the proficiency set" is displayed.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

As documented in the APM log, insufficient level in the proficiency set is the root cause.

When the proficiency set record has only 1 level, it gets rejected in LMS, and this is the current expected behavior.

There needs to be at least 2 levels for an attribute to be synced to LMS.
