3641929 - Deep links to blocks in Latest People profile missing 'add' button where no previous data maintained - 2H2025

The created Deep link to latest people profile blocks is not allowing to add new value where no previous data shown.

User can see and add via the summary card within the category.

SuccessFactors Employee Profile 2511

1. Create a deep link e.g. in Goals/ Development Goals , Emergency Contact.
2. Proxy as a user with data in background element e.g. Mobility.
3. Navigate from deep link to block, add button is visible.
4. Repeat steps for user with data in mobility block.
5. Observe add button is missing/not possible to add data via the deep link navigation.

This is a known defect.

This has been confirmed by Engineering as a defect, and will be delivered to customers in 1H2026 production release deployment.
