3641953 - "Supports IAM apps" flag displayed for individual application but the IAM app inside the catalog cannot be deactivated in the role - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Symptom

The "Supports IAM Apps" flag is displayed as true for individual applications in the IAM Information System, but the business catalog of the applications like SAP_LE_BC_OD_PROC_MC does not support IAM apps and the IAM app cannot be deactivated in the role.
