3642026 - Invalid Credentials when logging into Tosca Server - NoMatchingPrincipalException

After synchronizing your AD domain to Tosca Server's User Administration you may still have issues logging into the Tosca Server services with your AD credentials. You will see the error "Invalid Credentials" even though your AD credentials work in other areas.

To verify the issue, check the Tricentis.AuthenticationService logs under C:\ProgramData\TRICENTIS\Logs\AuthenticationService\

Look for the following error:

"System.DirectoryServices.AccountManagement.NoMatchingPrincipalException: An error occurred while enumerating the groups.  The group could not be found."
