3642160 - Behaviors not Reportable in the Table or STORY Reports [ CDP+TIH Domain]

When trying to report on the behavior data in the Table or Story reports for CDP and TIH modules, the report is blank and not reportable.

You see the behavior data is not reportable i.e. the column is blank.

• The current behavior with the Story Report . For TIH environments, CDP is building a  hard join relations with WSM_LIBRARY table, which only support attribute data (competency/skill/etc. exclude behaviors)
  
  
• For JDM+TIH instances, competency field is not supported for ad-hoc reports.

        After migrated to TIH instance, adhoc report for competencies is no longer supported as this is a limitation from TIH.

It is currently not possible to report on Behavior from Growth Portfolio .There is no workaround.

TABLE report is built by Adhoc Report, while Story report is built by SAC Report.

For Story (SAC) Report, as mentioned , due to design gap, behaviors are not reportable.

For Table (Adhoc) Report, from officially PM requirement, after upgrade to WSM/TIH, both attribute and behavior data are not reportable in Adhoc report.  But from module side, we have created one compatible view, so that it could report data in legacy COMPETENCY table, which stores legacy competency/behavior data.  After TIH/WSM upgrade, the legacy competency data are still reportable, but for new created competency/behavior data after TIH upgrade, since WSM don’t sync the data back to COMPETENCY table, those new data are not reportable.  Hence some inconsistencies are expected in TABLE reports.
