Symptom
- Sensitive Data Graph(s) in the Executive Review section of Calibration are empty, despite data being present in the system.
- Standard Graph(s) are displaying correctly.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Calibration
Reproducing the Issue
- Log in to the system.
- Navigate to Calibration > Executive Review > Template: [Your template name]
- Verify that the Standard Graph(s) are displayed as expected.
- Scroll down to Sensitive data Graph.
- No Data source or Graph available.
Cause
The sensitive data graph fields are empty because performance form data is not being used for Calibration.
Resolution
- Review the configuration of the calibration template.
- Ensure that performance management (PM) form data, such as overall form ratings, is being used for calibration.
- Update the template to include PM form data if necessary.
- Test the configuration to confirm that the Sensitive Data Graph(s) display correctly.
