3642221 - Unable to save changes in Manage Document Template - Employee Central

• Changes made to document generation templates are not being saved when attempting to modify an existing letter or create a new letter.
• No error message is displayed during the process.

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Open the Document Generation Templates
2. Attempt to modify an existing letter or create a new letter.
3. Configure the template as required.
4. Click "Save".
5. Observe that the changes are not applied or saved.

The Pre-Delivered Configuration UI has been modified in Manage Configuration UI, with ID: DocumentGenerationOverviewConfigUIMeta.

Make sure you have Pre-Delivered Configuration UI in other instance, for example, then:

1. Go to Import and Export Data
2. Select 'Export Data', and Generic Object: 'ConfigUIMeta'
3. For 'Select all data records', choose No, and Select object: 'DocumentGenerationOverviewConfigUIMeta'
4. Click on 'Export' button, then monitor its completion
5. Click on 'Details' button and 'Download status' in Scheduled Job Manager
6. Go to the instance where you have problem
7. Go to Import and Export Data
8. Select 'Import Data', and 'Zip File' tab
9. 'Choose File' from your computer
10. Click on 'Import' button
11. Check if you are now able to make changes in Document Generation Template
