3642242 - Fails to retrieve lists and keeps displaying ... endlessly after upgrading the Portal- SAP PD

Symptom

  • After upgrading PD Web to 16.7 SP09, the user list under Administration > Users fails to load and remains stuck displaying "...".
  • The same issue occurs when attempting to retrieve user activities.
  • The issue is specific to PD Web and does not occur in PD Desktop.
  • Error message is displayed in log files.
    As an example,
       The value object 'yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss.SSS' can not be formatted properly due to its content.
