Symptom
- Unable to save conditional suppression formula.
- Suppression formulas are disappearing after saving and reopening the report in Crystal Reports.

Reproducing the Issue
- In Crystal Reports, create a report based on any data sources.
- Conditionally suppress an object on the report, by right clicking on a field for example, and selecting "Format"
- Under the Common tab, click on the "X-2" button on the right side of the Suppress option.
- In the formula, add any conditional formula like: 1=1
- Save the formula
- Save and close the report.
- Reopen the report, and notice the formula is blank.
Cause
This is a known issue with Crystal Reports 2025 - Patch 3 and below.
Resolution
The issue is resolved in the following product update, and higher:
