Problem when starting Onboarding with associated rule of Rule for Eligibility of Onboarding Initiation

Recruitment rule is being worked out in the scenario of "Rule for Eligibility of Onboarding Initiation" but it is presenting an error at the moment of incorporating personnel, which is hindering the process.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

The error displayed is: duplicate key employmentInfo.start-date (attempted merging values fecIngEmp and fecIngEmp)

Based on this, I found previously resolved cases with the same issue, along with the cause and solution that worked in those situations:

The problem occurs because there are two keys with the same ID mapped in the Onboarding configuration.

When reviewing the Recruit-to-Hire Data Mapping, I noticed something that matches this scenario: the field labeled Hire Date in employmentInfo and the start-date field in homeAddress are both mapped to the same field in Recruiting. This appears to be the root cause of the error. I am attaching a screenshot showing both mappings for your reference.

For testing purposes, please try removing one of these mappings and test again.
