• Problem when starting Onboarding with associated rule of Rule for Eligibility of Onboarding Initiation.
• Recruitment rule is being worked out in the scenario of "Rule for Eligibility of Onboarding Initiation", but it is presenting an error at the moment of incorporating personnel, which is hindering the process.
• Error as example happens: duplicate key employmentInfo.start-date (attempted merging values fieldExample and fieldExample)

The problem occurs because there are two keys with the same ID mapped in the Onboarding configuration.

When reviewing the Recruit-to-Hire Data Mapping, the field labeled Hire Date in employmentInfo and the start-date field in homeAddress are both mapped to the same field in Recruiting.

Remove one of the duplicated mapped fields and test it again.

To determine or validate which of the duplicated mapped fields should be changed, we recommend that customers discuss their implementation decisions with their Implementation Partner.

Alternatively, customers can speak with their Account Executive or Customer Engagement Executive to explore Professional Services options or discuss engaging an SAP Authorized Partner.
