3642308 - eDocument is not getting generated for eway bill - SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Edition

Unable to see edocument under eway bill node in tcode edoc_cockpit.

SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Edition

1. Go to app edocument cockpit.
2. Give source document number.
3. Now edocument is not visible under eway bill node.

Missing/incorrect configurations

Reasons why eDocument for eway bill would not be created are:

1. System won't generate eDocument for Credit Note and Debit Note.
2. System won't generate eDocument for services(HSN starting with 99).
3. System won't generate eDocument for exempted goods. Check if HSN is under exempted list. Check the SSCUID:102704, if HSN is maintained in this view, then it is considered as exempted.
4. System wont generate eDocument if edoinewbhsnexmp-region is empty or belongs to region where plant is located.
