3642324 - Automatically approved workflows display the job owner's name instead of the original approver's name in the workflow approval history and Manage Workflow page

• After configured the automatic approval in workflow configuration, system is displaying the job owner in the approval history and in Manage Workflow Page instead of showing the original workflow approver.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Navigate to the employee profile;
2. Perform the actions that triggering the workflow request; 
3. Review the workflow details and submit it;
4. Log in as the first approver of the workflow and see the pending workflow request;
5. After some days, the automatic approval process is triggered;
6. Navigate to the respective portlet (for example Job Information) and see that workflow was automatically approved
7. Go to "Manage Workflow Requests" and review the workflow details;
8. See that workflow display the job owner's name instead of the original approver's name.

• This is an expected behavior.

The owner of the recurring job, instead of the original approver of the stalled step, will be shown as the approver on the Workflow Details page or other similar pages.
