3642336 - No SOA service name is defined for interface IN_EWB_GENERATE_REQ - SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Edition

While submitting edocument for E-Waybill generation, system will throw an error "No SOA service name is defined for interface IN_EWB_GENERATE_REQ"

SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Edition

1. Go to application edocument cockpit.
2. Give source document number.
3. Submit the edocument under eway bill node.
4. Now in application log error "No SOA service name is defined for interface IN_EWB_GENERATE_REQ" is displayed.

This is due to missing communication set up.

1. This issue occurs when there are more than one communication arrangements with same scenario ID SAP_COM_0429. Maintain only one Communication Arrangement with one Scenario ID and delete the rest.
