When the Manager uses the Cancel button on the last page of 'Register others' feature, they receive an error

New Learning Experience:

1. search for an instructor-led item with classes in the library
2. Open one of the classes
3. Select Register Others button on the new screen
4. Add an Employee
5. Click Continue
6. On the next page select Cancel
7. ERR_CACHE_MISS page received
8. Refresh page > Select Continue again
9. Validation error received for trying to use browser back button

This is caused by a browser feature to prevent accidental form re-submissions. Clicking Cancel button would lead back to the previous step, which contains the registration form that has been already pre-submitted by LMS. 

This behaviour has already been analyzed by LMS Engineering and they have created a code correction for it which will be delivered in the 2H 2025 release as part of LRN-194508.
