3642352 - Emp ID Filters Not working

Symptom

When creating filter for Employee ID in compensation with the Operator IN not all selected values are shown in the filter list

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Compensation

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open Compensation
  2. Go to Executive Review 
  3. Open Compensation form 
  4. Create filter with employee ID 
  5. Select multiple values for employee ID 
  6. Not selected employee ID is added when saving compensation filter

Cause

Issue is due to the amount of users within the compensation worksheet. By default the system is able to read around 100 users. Exceeding the default set amount can cause performance issues wherein the data higher than the 100 users will not show in the created filter

Resolution

Engineering was able to fix the issue, the fix will be available with the 2H 2025 release upgrade. The upgrade will be part of the upgrade on November.

Workaround is to use population filter Find user to manually select users that needs to be filtered
