Symptom
- In Production, triggering a business rule that emails a restricted link to a checklist instance fails.
- The same rule works in the Test/Preview environment.
- No email is sent (or the email link is unusable), and system logs show a 400 error from the authentication service.
- Error signature in logs/traces includes:
- CA-189: Invalid custom rule
- 400 Bad Request on POST to “http://cloud-authentication-service/api/oauth2/v2/restricted_token”
- Response body contains “error”:“invalid_request”
