3642366 - "Wrong Data Adapter configuration" or invalid credentials error when using SSO to create a new FSM data adapter in Jasper

Symptom

  • When trying to test a jasper report the adapter no longer connects to the FSM account/company. 
  • When logon from Jasper into FSM "Wrong Data Adapter configuration!", also when a new data adapter is created. 
  • Attempting to use the "Account with Single Sign On" procedure to create a new FSM data adapter in Jasper results in an "Invalid credentials" error.
  • The expected SSO login page does not open as per the documentation.
