3642377 - Inbound Order Confirmation IDocs (ARBCIG_ORDRSP) from SAP Business Network are not Automatically Processed in SAP ERP

Symptom

Inbound Order Confirmation IDocs ARBCIG_ORDRSP from SAP Business Network via Managed Gateway are stuck in SAP with status 64 ("Ready to be transferred to application").
These IDocs process successfully when triggered manually using BD87 or WE19, but not automatically upon receipt.
