Reproducing the Issue
- Enable the "Enforce SSO login" option in the workspace settings.
- Attempt to connect to the API.
- Receive an "Unauthorized" error in the response with the message "Error while requesting user details from SPM".
Resolution
- Create a ticket and request Customer Support to add an "API Edition" license to the workspace.
- Create a technical user account with an accessible email address for setup and password resets.
- Assign the "API Edition" license to the newly created technical user.
