Symptom

For an Inbound Delivery with "Partially Completed" status of Goods Receipt, it is unable to post Goods Receipt of a planned HU via HU tab due to the error message "Delivery &1: No quantity available for goods movement, Message No. /SCWM/GOODS_MOVEMENT025".
